When you sign up for or use Funplace, you give us certain information voluntarily. This includes your name, email address, profile photo, comments, and any other information you give us. You can also choose to share with us location data or photos.
If you link your Facebook or Google account or accounts from other third party services to Funplace, we also get information from those accounts (such as your friends or contacts). The information we get from those services depends on your settings and their privacy policies.
We keep your information only so long as we need it to provide Funplace to you and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. This is also the case for anyone that we share your information with and who carries out services on our behalf. When we no longer need to use your information and there is no need for us to keep it to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, we’ll either remove it from our systems or depersonalize it so that we can't identify you.
We work hard to protect you from unauthorized access to or alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information. As with all technology companies, although we take steps to secure your information, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information will always remain secure.
We regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks and regularly review our information collection, storage and processing practices to update our physical, technical and organizational security measures.
We may suspend your use of all or part of the services without notice if we suspect or detect any breach of security. If you believe that your account or information is no longer secure, please let us know.
When you use Funplace, our servers record information (“log data”), including information that your browser automatically sends whenever you visit a website, or that your mobile app automatically sends when you’re using it. This log data includes your Internet Protocol address, the address of and activity on websites you visit that incorporate Funplace features (like the “Save” button), searches, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, how you used Funplace, cookie data and device data.
We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
Although we welcome users from all walks of life, Funplace is not intended or directed at individuals under the age of 13. Therefore, individuals under the age of 13 may not create an account or otherwise access or use the Services.
We may change this policy from time to time and if we do, we’ll post any changes on this page. If you continue to use Funplace after those changes are in effect, you agree to the new policy. If the changes are significant, we may provide a more prominent notice.
