Funplace is your best source of fun. It’s a place that always gives you smile and a good mood.
Our mission: each funplacer can express himself the way he wants and just has a great time at our Internet-party.
We pride ourselves on having a positive, passionate and fun community. For our community to thrive, we have to keep our users safe and comply with laws and regulations.

1. No nudity and pornography

Funplace is not for sexual content. We prohibit images and video with nude people, sex toys, erotic massage, advices about sex, comics and anime with pornography. Also any depiction of sexual activity, provocative poses, created or posted without permission, including depictions that have been faked. Artistic, scientific or educational nude images are fine here. If content not stimulate erotic feelings, so it's ok.

2. No bullying, threats and harassment

We do not tolerate hate speech and content with threats, bullying and harassment. Also we don’t support content and comments that promotes or condones insults, harmful actions and ridicules. The content should not discriminate people based on personal characteristics, such as: race or ethnic origin, color of skin, nationality, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, marital status or disability.

3. No illegal or violent activity

Don’t post the content that promotes harm to yourself or others. Also content, that depicts or promotes illegal activities will not be tolerated. Images or video with killed, mutilated, tortured people or animals. Materials, advocating suicide, eating disorder, games with asphyxiation and other actions that can lead to serious injuries or death.

4. No content with significant obscene or profane language (swear or curse words).

5. No shocking content

We don’t support content depicting vivid and realistic acts of violence and cruelty. Don't post shocking images or descriptions with torture of human beings, animals, or their remains. For example: blood, insides, bodily harm, semen, human or animal waste, images from crime scenes or accidents.

6. No personal information

We don’t allow anything that reveals other people’s personally identifiable information to protect the safety of private individuals. This includes: phone numbers, full names with photos, email addresses, home addresses, employment information and personal social media accounts of non-public figures without the consent of the original party. Public figures can be an exception to this rule.

7. No spam and advertising

Funplace is not intended to be used as a marketplace and takes no responsibility for any transactions individual users might decide to undertake in spite of this. Don’t post large amounts of untargeted, unwanted or repetitive content and comments in order to increase views.

8. No deceptive content and impersonation

Don’t spread fake information and don’t impersonate someone in a misleading or deceptive manner on Funplace.

9. No copyright

Don’t infringe anyone's intellectual property.

10. Quality content

Don’t post images and video with bad quality. Other users just don’t understand a joke in such content, where everything is blurred. Also we don't support selfie, nature pictures or pictures which cause sad reaction. Just because we are not for it. We are platform for memes and not a photo stock. We believe that you are here to have fun. So let's giggle together! 🙂
