We only share information if we believe that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety, rights, or property of the public, any person, or Funplace; or to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
  • You share information with other users when you voluntarily disclose information on the service (including your public profile). Please be careful with your information and make sure that the content you share is stuff that you’re comfortable being publically viewable since neither you nor we can control what others do with your information once you share it.

This is also the case for anyone that we share your information with and who carries out services on our behalf. When we no longer need to use your information and there is no need for us to keep it to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, we’ll either remove it from our systems or depersonalize it so that we can't identify you.

Protection of information

We work hard to protect you from unauthorized access to or alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information. As with all technology companies, although we take steps to secure your information, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information will always remain secure.

We regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks and regularly review our information collection, storage and processing practices to update our physical, technical and organizational security measures.

We may suspend your use of all or part of the services without notice if we suspect or detect any breach of security. If you believe that your account or information is no longer secure, please let us know.

Third Party Services and Advertising Networks

This privacy policy only applies to information collected by Funplace. This privacy policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Funplace does not own or control, or employees that Funplace does not manage. A Funplace website may contain links to third party websites. Any information you provide to, or that is collected by, third-party sites may be subject to the privacy policies of those sites, if any. We encourage you to read such privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit. It is the sole responsibility of such third parties to adhere to any applicable restrictions on the disclosure of your personally-identifying information, and Funplace and its affiliates shall not be liable for wrongful use or disclosure of your personally-identifying information by any third party.

Ads appearing on any Funplace websites may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This privacy policy covers the use of cookies by funplace and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

Cookies

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. Funplace uses cookies to help Funplace identify and track visitors, their usage of Funplace websites, and their website access preferences. Funplace visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using Funplace’s websites, with the drawback that certain features of Funplace’s websites may not function properly without the aid of cookies.
